新婦様は現在、妊娠5カ月!
少し遠出をされ、ご主人様と安産祈願に行かれた旅先からのお便りでした。
毎日の様にメールをさせて頂き、お打ち合わせさせて頂いていた事が
半年前の事。
今年の年末にはお子様が産まれ、3人家族になられるＩ様!!
今年は嬉しい出来事の続く一年でございますね。

From the days we exchanged e-mails almost everyday and had arrangements is already half a year ago
Also, they are going to welcome their new family member at the end of the year

夏の風物詩として
皆様は何を思い浮かべられますでしょうか。
As things Japanese of summer,
what do you visualize?

花火大会やお祭りなど様々ですが、
浴衣も夏を代表する風物詩の一つでございますね。
There are many things that you could visualize things of summer like Fireworks and Festival, but yukata is one of the representative of summer.

浴衣が広く浸透し始めたのは江戸時代。
浴衣はもともとはお風呂の中で着る着物で
段々とお風呂上がりへの外出着、
その後完全な外出着へと発展し、
日常的に浴衣を着るようになったそうです。
When yukata esablished itself throughout the citizen was in Edo period
Yukata was originally made for a kimono to wear inside the bathtub, but it turn to a kimono to wear after you bathed, and then, it turned to street kimono, this is how yukata became a daily cloth.

日常的に広まったことにより
染め方も高度なものになっていき
現代ではお洒落な浴衣でお祭りや花火大会にお出かけされる方も
多くいらっしゃることと存じます。
As it spread in daily life,
the dyeing of the yukata has became sophisticated,
and that modern yukata you would see at festival and fireworks are very fashionable

普段何気なく日本の文化を楽しんでいますが、
その文化・歴史を知ることで、改めてその価値を感じました。
We are enjoying Japanese culture without intention,
but as I learn about the culture and the history would give me another view and made me feel afresh its value

7月30日（土曜日）上賀茂神社挙式、その後 料亭左阿彌さんにてご会食のサポートをさせて頂きました
前日のお天気予報では雨でしたが、当日のお天気は晴れ!
新郎新婦様の日頃の行いが良いのだと思いました
On July 30th, Sunday, I went to support the reception at Ryotei SAAMI after the wedding ceremony at Kamigamo Shrine
The weather report of the day before has reported rain, but the wedding day was a very fine day!
I have knew that it became sunny because bride and groom are nice

一番大切で御世話になったご家族様とのお食事会
笑いがたえないほど楽しいお食事会でしたね
新郎新婦様がご用意されました「ダルマの墨入れ」
皆様と一緒にダルマを仕上げたいとの事より片目は新郎新婦様、もう片方はご家族様に墨を入れて頂きました
皆様が笑いあいながらダルマを完成されましたのが印象的で家族の絆を感じました
The dinner with the most important and caring family members
It was such fun that laughter never stopped
Bride and grrom has prepared “Daruma-no-Sumi-Ire”
They wanted to complete the Daruma with their famlies so one eye was been colored in by bride and groom, and the other was been colored in by their family
They have completed the Daruma smiling, that I felt the deepness of the relationship of their families

新婦様はお腹にお子様がいらっしゃいます
当日は3ヶ月目でご体調が心配でしたが、お食事もすべてお召し上がりいただき笑顔で御帰り頂けました事本当に良かったです
Bride is in her third month, so I was worried about her condition, but it was so great to see her eating all dishes and leaving with a smile on her face

初めてお会いさせて頂いてから約1カ月半、
あっという間に当日がまいりました
素敵なご縁でお会い出来ました事に心よりうれしく思っております
元気なお子様のご誕生をLSTスタッフ一同心よりお祈り申し上げます
One and a half month has been past quickly since we have first met

先日、6月11日に挙式を挙げられた新郎新婦様が
式の記念写真とアルバムを受け取りにお越しいただきました。
One day, a bride and groom who held their wedding on 11th of June came to visit LST Kyoto salon to receive their photograph and album of the ceremony.

ゆっくりとお話しがしたいのでとわざわざ平日にお越し頂けるというお気遣い
ありがとうございました。
LSTにお越しいただく前に、ご会食をされた会場「レストランむとう」にて
ランチをされてこられたご様子。
Thank you for your kindness of visiting me on weekday in order to talk with relax and to enjoy.
They have went to eat lunch at the restaurant MUTO where they have had their wedding reception before coming to LST.

改めてその場所にお食事に行けるというのもレストランならではの
魅力ですよね。
Isn’t it one of the attraction of the restaurant that you could go to the place again to have dinner or lunch afresh.

ご結婚式後のご家族様からのご感想、新生活の事、など
色々お話しさせていただきましたが、印象に残っているのが
「呼んでくれてありがとうとこちらから言いたくなるお式だった」
とご親族様よりご感想を頂いたとのこと。
We had a conversation of the comments from their family and their new life together and about the things happened after their wedding, but the most unforgettable words were from their relative and it was “The ceremony was very wonderful that it is us who want to appreciate for inviting.”

そんな風におっしゃって頂ける結婚式、きっとお二人らしさに
溢れた温かな結婚式だったからでしょうね。
The wedding ceremony and reception may be the warm wedding of just like them.

そしてこんな素敵なプレゼントを頂きました。
And I received this wonderful gift from bride and groom.

手作りはやはりそれにかけていただいた時間などを考えると
感動も倍増です。
温かなメッセージ、本当に嬉しかったです！
It was a handmade message card.
As I think that they had taken time to make this card, the more I feel their kindness.

本日LST KIMONOサロンにて和装鬘・洋髪体験会を開催致しました。
Today we held an event of Japanese traditional wedding outfit, traditional wedding wig, and hair arrangement experience at LST Kimono Salon.

月に1〜2度程開催させて頂いているのですが、いつも満席のご予約を
頂いている大変人気の体験会でございます。
We are helding this event once or twice in a month, but we always have many reservations and would be filled to capacity.

実際にご婚礼で使用するお鬘をつけて頂いたり、洋髪のヘアアレンジをさせて頂いたり、
美容師とご相談頂きながら色々なヘアスタイルをお楽しみ頂きました。
In the event, you could try the wig that you use during the wedding, and have a hair arrangement, that the participants had fun by try many hair styles which make-up stylist advice for them.

本日はお母様やご姉妹様とお越しになられた新婦様も多くいらっしゃり
「綿帽子と角隠し、どっちが良いかなぁ」「ヘアパーツは赤のダリアがいいんじゃない？」と
あちらこちらでご相談のお声も。
Today there were many brides who came with their mothers or sisters and they were talking about the hairstyles during the event, “Which one matches me, Wata-boshi? or Tsuno-kakushi?” “I think you should pick red dahlia for your hair accessory”

ご結婚式当日のことを思い浮かべながらご体験頂いている新婦様の笑顔は
キラキラと輝いてとっても素敵でした！
The bride who are imaging the wedding day and experiencing the event, had a smile which was very cute and wonderful!

早いもので7月も明日で終わり！
明後日からは8月ですね。
通勤電車の中では「家族でお出掛け」の光景を見る事も多くなり、他人事ながら勝手にウキウキワクワクしてます。
It is already two more days until August!
Inside the train, I could see many families going somewhere and by seeing the scenes, I get excited too.

そんな中、サロンへお打ち合わせにお越し頂く新郎新婦様は今秋にご結婚式を挙げられる方々ばかりです。
招待状を紅葉柄にしようかとお悩みになられたり、当日のクロスアレンジやテーブル装花も暖色系で温かみのある雰囲気をイメージなされていたりと、お話していると、秋もすぐそこ！な感じがしてきます。
それはそれで、とっても楽しみです。
そして、四季がある事は日本人にとっては、やはりとても重要で素敵な事なんだと感じます。
This season, bride and grooms who are coming to salon to have arrangements are couples who are having their wedding in this fall.
During the arrangements, the brides and grooms are deciding whether they should pick the invitation with autumn illustration, and they are imaging their reception’s atmosphere to be warm colors inside the arrangements of cloth selection and flowers, that I could feel the autumn is very near!
It is one of my enjoyment.
Also, selecting things which suits each season is important and wonderful thought for Japanese who lives with 4 seasons.

今は秋が巡ってくる事を心待ちにしながら、夏を思う存分楽しみたいと思います。

京の川床は、桃山時代後期、裕福な人々が鴨川の中州や浅瀬に床机を設け、遠方からの客をもてなしたのが始まりといわれています。
鴨川納涼床は、その起源を近世初頭まで遡ると言われ、
祇園祭とともに京の年中行事になりました。
数百年に亘る歴史の中で幾多の変遷を経て現在の姿となり、京都の伝統文化、夏の風物詩に欠かせないものとして、京都の暮らしの中に定着しています。
こうした歴史を持つ京の夏の風物詩である納涼床は、最近ではバーやカフェ等の新しい営業形態も登場しながら、その伝統文化が発展的に継承・保存されています。
It is said that Kawadoko(or Kawayuka)-dining on the decks over the river of Kyoto started at the end of Momoyama period by the wealthy merchants who placed low tables on the riverside of Kamogawa, which was sandback and shoal, to entertain their guests from afar.
The origin of Kamogawa Noryoyuka is said to be ascend to the early modern, and it became a yearly event with Gion Festival.
During its history of hundreds of years, it has shifted many times and turned into the Kawadoko(or Kawayuka)-dining that you could see now, and it became a traditional event which is necessary in summer time and fixed into Kyoto’s people’s life.
Such historical Noryoyuka is succeeded and preserved with flow of the days, that you could see another new Kawadoko(or Kawayuka) which bar and cafe started.

9月末までの「鴨川納涼床」、京都へお越しの際はぜひさまざまな納涼床を楽しんでみてくださいね。
“Kamogawa Noryoyuka” is set up until November, when you are coming during this period, please enjoy various Noryoyuka.

「祇園祭」・・・を思い浮かべると
7月中頃の京都の町に聳える　鉾の印象が強いですが
儀式は7月の末に幕を閉じます。
When you visualize “Gion Festival”…
most people may imagine HOKO soaring at the city of Kyoto during the middle of July, but the ceremony would end at the end of July.

7月28日は神輿洗式でございました。
On July 28th, there were a ceremony of “Mikoshi-Arai.”

神輿三基を舞殿に据えた後、
その内一基（中御座）の前後を
松明で照らしながら四条大橋まで担ぎ、
鴨川の神用水にて神輿を清める儀式。
Mikoshi-arai is a ceremony which 3 Mikoshi would be placed on Buden,
and after the placing are done, the portable tabernacle of the principal deity reverence (Nakagoza) is separated from the other two and would be taken to the Shijo Bridge with torchlight to be purified by the Kamo river.

昨晩の四条大橋付近は　歴史ある瞬間を一目見ようと
多くの人で賑わっておりました。
伝統的な儀式を間近で拝見できる京都の魅力を
改めて感じた瞬間でした。
Last night, near the Shijo bridge was crowded by many people who came to see the historical moment.
It was a traditional moment which made me feel another enchantment of Kyoto.

Today, we have held a once-in-year-fair which you could see the cordinate of the wedding reception and also taste the cuisine at Kodaiji DOI

大人数でご披露宴をお考えのお客様におすすめの
「芙蓉の間」は、初の円卓コーディネートを致しました。
We have cordinated the Fuyo-no-Ma which is the largest room in DOI where you could held a reception in a large number with round table for the first time

会場装花は真っ赤なダリアを使ってモダンな雰囲気に・・
The table flowers was made to make modern atmosphere by using bright red dahlia

二千坪の庭園が広がる「松の間」は、お庭の素晴らしさを活かして
落ち着いた上品なコーディネートにさせて頂きました。
And the Matsu-no-Ma where you could see the garden of DOI was cordinated to make it look refinement and calm atomosphere by putting the wonderfulness of the garden to account

またご婚礼料理をお召し上がり頂いた後、ご協力頂きましたアンケートには、
