A mother of the bride who got married at Kamigamo shrine and had a reception at “Saami (ryoutei restaurant)” on September 21st sent us a letter with some sweets from Aizu region.
The letter was full of warm words;
We are very happy with our daughter’s wedding which was so touching and heartwarming. Many of the guests told us “it was fantastic” and “It was great.”
I found it really was an unique and wonderful wedding well reflected the character of the bride and groom. Thank you so much.
It became such a special memory to us, the parents who wed their only daughter to her partner.
We really appreciate the opportunity to be able to support such a nice wedding ceremony and reception.
Mr. and Mrs. Y visited us from Shizuoka prefecture.
They got married at Kamigamo shrine and had a reception at “Koudaiji Doi (ryoutei restaurant)” on June 22nd.
It has been three months since their wedding. Time passes so quickly.
Mrs. Y told us that their wedding reception was talked about at work, so even the ones whom they could not invite knew that it was great.
We knew that Mr. and Mrs. Y carefully chose the best meals and beverages so that all the guests could enjoy.
And it just turned out to be a fantastic wedding reception as they desired.
We were very happy to see their photo wearing a tuxedo and a wedding dress in Czech where they had been for their honeymoon.
Thank you very much, Mr. Y and K.
Fragrant olive flowers has started blooming and its aroma is wafting on the wind.
I supported a wedding ceremony at Kamigamo shrine and a wedding reception at “Sakurai (ryoutei restaurant)” today.
The bride and groom’s families and relatives traveled from distant places to attend the wedding.
At the reception, they enjoyed the cuisine of Kyoto with the bride and groom in really Kyotoish ambience of Kamigamo.
Adorable cookies handed to each guest by the bride and groom with their feeling of gratitude at the end of the reception.
The smiles of all the guests and the couple made us feel happy too.
Congratulations!
Yesterday, I supported a wedding ceremony performed at Kamigamo shrine under the beautiful blue sky which must have been brought by the groom and bride’s prayer.
The wedding reception at Saami ryoutei restaurant was in really friendly atmosphere.
A surprised gift of hand drawn portrait of the bride and groom was given by the children, and grand parents and cousins presented songs for celebration.
I was so happy that I could help to prepare the precious day for the couple.
Congratulations!!
We would like to introduce you our “GALLERY” which is located on the same floor as LST Kyoto office and LST OATURAE SALON.
It’s a space which can be used for various purpose such as photography or some other events.
For about one month from today, the GALLERY is used as a model of “Seifu-den” of Saami ryoutei restaurant and you can make a selection of table cloth and flowers for your ceremony by checking with actual reproduced table settings.
In addition to our very popular “On Location Photography Plan”, you can also have your wedding photos taken at this “GALLERY” which is more like the photography at the studio.
But you will find the all-white 200m2 space is something new and fresh.
LST planners will introduce you various original proposal or traditional culture of Kyoto at this place.
We are so excited to think how we can utilize this place from now on.
For more information on our “On Location Photography Plan” which is also popular among the couples from overseas or the “GALLERY Photo Plan”, please contact directly to LST’s headquarter in Kyoto or Tokyo branch.
Mr.O and Ms. H who got married with our service on March 16th visited our office in Kyoto.
They brought us a word of praise and delicious Japanese sweets.
They held a wedding reception in the mood of Spring at “Kodaiji Doi (ryoutei restaurant)” after having their wedding ceremony solemnly performed at Kamigamo shrine.
The reception in “Fuyo-room” attended by 90guests was really impressive. There were lots of smiles and blessings, and all the guests congratulated the couple on their marriage.
I really appreciated that I could support their wedding.
I wish them for a life-long happiness!
Thank you, Mr. O and Ms. H.
We held the forth “wedding consultancy meeting in Nijo Castle” the other day.
I attended a couple who are planning on location photography in Autumn.
“We want to have our photo taken riding on ‘Jinriki-sha'”, they said.
“Having the photo taken with the red leaves in the back would be nice.”
We made a tour to “Seiryu-en” and “Koun-tei” imagining the colorful autumn leaves.
In the garden of Nijo Castle, you can see the beautiful evergreens such as pine tree and oak tree throughout the year. And in the Autumn, you can also enjoy the beautiful red and yellow leaves including Japanese maple tree and ginkgo tree.
We will be holding this kind of wedding consultancy meeting at Nijo Castle from now on too.
We would like to thank for all who participated in the event.
We recieved a fabulous seasonal gift from the client couple we supported in March!!
Citrus fruits called “Sudachi”, the famous products of the groom’s hometown Tokushima prefecture.
There were so many of them, and we could smell fresh citrus note even before taking them out from the package.
It’s good to have it with grilled sanma(saury), udon noodles…besides these typical ways to taste sudashi, we should try new recipes as there are plenty of them.
I enjoyed it with some grilled fish this morning, too.
I was really glad to know that they still remember and care about us even several months after the wedding ceremony. It gave me an opportunity to exchange a few emails with them which made me warm inside.
One of the good things about being a planner is that I can learn a lot of important things in our lives through our client couples.
They are our clients, but also the seniors who have more experience in one’s life.
I really appreciate my job as a planner, because it gives me so many opportunities to meet nice people.
We had a ceremony and a welcome party in our Kyoto office for the prospective employees who will graduate from school next spring.
They all looked a bit nervous as it was the first time for them to meet everyone in the company.
But as the party continued while talking about their hobbies and college lives, they seemed to start feel comfortable and relaxed.
It’s so great to welcome the unique and motivated young members to work with us.
I’m really looking forward to seeing them all again at the formal welcoming ceremony in April.
