I learned about the “Shukubou Taiken (Temple Lodging)” at “Chishaku-in” when I assisted my client couple’s wedding there last year.
And one year later, I could join “Shukubou Taiken” finally.
When I visited the place, I recalled many scenes from a year ago; the couple walking with “Goshiki-maku (five colored curtain)” in their back, purple bellflowers and even the conversation we had.
The memories came up one after another like I was watching a flip-book.
And this experience made my holiday very happy one.
Last weekend, the couple visited “Chishaku-in” and Saami ryoutei restaurant to celebrate their first wedding anniversary.
I was happy to see them spending wonderful time talking about their wedding with their family.
WEDDING CONSULTANCY MEETING IN DOSHISHA UNIVERSITY
We organized a Wedding Consultancy Meeting with primary inspections at the chapel in the Clark Memorial Hall of Doshisha University.
Many guests traveled from afar in spite of the summer heat.
I believe those future brides and grooms who participated in the event had a good time, preparing their wedding while talking about the memories of their college days.
I myself graduated from Doshisha university this March and started working for LST.
Watching the happy couples made me feel happy too, and I’m really looking forward to serving them.
Thanks so much for all those who came over for the event.

We received a thank you letter from the bride who got married at Kamigamo shrine and had a wedding reception at “Sakurai (ryoutei restaurant)” on 19th.
“The day before our wedding, it rained heavily, and the next day of our wedding turned to an extremely hot day. So we were lucky being blessed with fine weather.
Yet the day was still quite hot and I would like to thank you for all the cares and kind concerns. I really appreciated that.”
We know that they are going to have a party in Sendai on 25th.
I am looking forward to seeing her photos in wedding dress.

We held a wedding consultancy meeting at Nijo Castle, one of the world heritage sites. Its Seiryu-en garden consists of
5,000 tsubo (=16,500m²) “Chisen-Kaiyushiki Sansui-en” and a grass field.
Kyoto was voted as the world’s best city for the second time in a row by Travel + Leisure, and we saw many foreign tourists on this day.
A wedding ceremony at the world heritage Nijo Castle which Kyoto boasts!
We plan next wedding consultancy meeting at Nijo Castle around end of August.
Please come and visit us if you are interested!

A lady who had a wedding ceremony and reception with our service at “Nijo Castle” and “Saami (ryoutei restaurant)” on April 4th visited us with her mother.
They kindly brought us a wonderful gift which was greatly appreciated, and we had a really good time talking about their wedding while watching the photos taken by her father on the wedding day.
The title of the album was “Hana no En (Banquet with Cherry Blossoms)”.
Having a wedding ceremony at Nijo Castle was what the bride had really longed for! We are so happy to read a letter from her, saying that all the guests appreciated the ceremony at beautiful Nijo Castle with fully bloomed cherry blossoms.
It is our great pleasure to be able to spend a good time with our clients even after the wedding. We are so thankful for the opportunity that we could serve them.
We wish S-sama and Y-sama a lifelong happiness and hope the two families prosper for many years to come.
