そんな素敵なロイヤルコペンハーゲンのカップが、この度LST東京店に届きました。

白に青い手描きの絵柄が、じつにシンプルで上品。
日本の伊万里焼から強い影響を受けているそうで、なんだか納得の美しさです。

まだまだ寒いこの季節。
ご来店してくださるお客様に温まって頂きたくて、何を注いで「おもてなし」しようか。。。

“Royal Copenhagen” started its history as a porcelain factory for Danish Royal family and their porcelains are now very popular as “Hikidemono (=a gift from the host to the guests of the party)” in Japan.

The beautiful cups from Royal Copenhagen recently arrived at LST Tokyo.

Hand painted designs in blue; they are very simple but sophisticated.
They are really beautiful and it’s convincing that “Imari-yaki = (one of very famous porcelain in Japan)” had some influence on them.

It’s still very cold outside…
And I enjoy thinking what kind of drink we are going to offer to keep our guests warm.
